A quick start with a flourishing end but a wee stutter in the middle summarises this game.  Tries by Graeme Kyle (3) and Ronnie McKee (2) and two conversions from Michael Starkey provided the winning 27 points.  Dumfries who arrived late after a tortuous drive here looked weary and struggled to attack the Clydebank team with any real vigour.  It took Clydebank's poor concentration behind the try line to allow Dumfries to get onto the score sheet.

Final score 27-12.
