A good day out although results left a lot to be desired.

Drawn in Pool C with Balfron High School and Calder it looked like a good draw for Clydebank, however, the gremlins that have tagged along all season were soon evident when a poor 19-19 draw against the school boys ensued.  A subsequent loss to Calder and the benefit of points difference saw Clydebank in the semi-final of the plate competition.

However, meeting Lomond for the 156th time this season ended with Lomond running out the easy winners.

The following squad represented the club and in the process the younger players gained some valuable experience while the older ones just blew out their backsides.
